Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zingz Kochi. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days only before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, or if the item is a pre-ordered model, cancellation is not allowed.

If your cancellation is approved, we will reimburse you within 30 days from the date of confirmation. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Goods that are perishable or have expired.

  • Goods that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Pre-ordered models or products dispatched cannot be canceled or returned unless damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund or Replacement for Wrong or Damaged Products

Refunds or replacements will only be provided for:

  • Wrong products delivered, or

  • Products received in damaged condition.

To be eligible, you must provide a valid unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the issue identified. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
